Community Commitment

Our community has supported us through the years as we built a farm in the suburbs. We are eager to make a difference in our community by sharing resources and cultivating connections with our members, neighbors, and local civic organizations.

Sharing It Forward

West Chester Food Cupboard & Chester County Economic Development Council

At Down to Earth Harvest, we believe that when you're passionate about what you do, sharing it with others comes naturally. That's why we’re thrilled to highlight two incredible partnerships that are helping us make a difference in our community.

Down to Earth Harvest has built a strong relationship with the West Chester Food Cupboard, providing weekly donations of fresh, nutritious produce. We’re passionate about giving back, and through this partnership, we are able to share the benefits of local, sustainable agriculture with those who need it most. Our farm stand also allows members of the community to contribute directly to these efforts through donations, further strengthening the connection between local food and local support.

We also love the opportunity to partner in ways that spread awareness about the importance of healthy eating and local farming. Through a community partnership with the Chester County Economic Development Council we’ve been able to participate in a wonderful initiative that brought weekly deliveries of fresh vegetables to daycare workers across the county. Supporting these essential workers and sharing the bounty of our farm with them is a rewarding way to invest in the well-being of our community.

At Down to Earth Harvest, we’re always eager to contribute to local organizations and spread awareness around healthy habits and the benefits of supporting local agriculture. Whether it's hosting, speaking, or partnering with civic organizations, we love to say “yes” whenever the opportunity arises. After all, sharing what we’re passionate about is just part of who we are!
